- CONTEXT AND JUSTIFICATION
Following the implementation of the objectives of the NGO DOUMA ZAMBA CHARITY, the teams from the two poles (Douala and Yaoundé) deployed in the field to distribute school kits to students in colleges and primary schools.
This activity, according to the approach adopted by the NGO, was carried out in two phases. The first consisted of a preliminary visit to collect data related to the actual needs of the beneficiaries, and the second phase consisted of the actual implementation of the distribution of donations.
- DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
On August 27, 2025, the Yaoundé team deployed to Ebolowa to conduct an assessment of the area. Seven students were identified, including two from middle schools and five from primary schools. At the Douala team, ten students were selected (six from middle schools and four from primary schools). In Yaoundé, the team focused on several areas, including providing notebooks, pens, and school bags, and paying the school fees for the seven selected students. In Douala, the team focused on paying the school fees.
- IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF DONATIONS TO BENEFICIARIES
To achieve this, the Yaoundé team, led by Director NDO Rose, was active in the field from September 8th to September 12th, 2025, in order to carry out this activity.
